LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA APPRENTICE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

LIC ADO is known as Life Insurance Corporation of India Apprentice Development Officer. It is a sales administrative job. The Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) is a reputed insurance group and investment company in India. It is the most valued government insurance company in India. The Open Competitive exam is conducted for the recruitment of Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) once every year. It comprises of three stages- Preliminary, Mains and Personal Interview and conducted online. The application process is conducted through the official website of the Corporation.

Academic Qualification:

The minimum educational qualification to apply for the post of LIC ADO is that a candidate must have passed bachelor degree or its equivalent in any stream from a recognised university.

Age Limit:

The minimum age limit to apply for the post of LIC ADO is 21 years and the maximum age should be 30 years specified by LIC of India. But there is relaxation for the Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category. The age limit for the different category is given table:

Nationality:

To apply for the post of LIC ADO 2021, Candidates must be a citizen of India. It is one of the important eligibility criteria to apply for this post.

Work Experience:

The work experience level required for the post of LIC ADO, 2021 are:

LIC Employee	Candidates must have three years of experience in a Grade- 3 post
LIC Agent	Candidates must have 5 years of experience as a LIC agent
Open Category	Minimum 2 years of service experience in life insurance sector

For LIC ADO rural, Candidates should have minimum of 5 years of service experience as a LIC Agent.

LIC ADO, 2021 Personal Interview

It is the second stage of examination. After clearing the LIC ADO Mains exams, Candidates will be called for Personal Interview. The Personal Interview consists of Aptitude based questions. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Mains and personal Interview.

LIC ADO, 2021 Medical Test

Candidates who cleared the Personal Interview of LIC ADO, 2021 have to appear for Medical Test which is conducted by LIC India. Candidates who pass the Medical Test will be appointed for the post of LIC ADO exam.
