Dr KL Dhingra is the former Director of National Institute of Bank Management
(NIBM), Pune. NIBM is promoted by Reserve Bank of India/State Bank of India and
other Public Sector Banks. It is an apex Institution in the field of Training and
Development of Senior/Top Management of Banking and Financial Services Sector. Prior to this, he has worked as Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, a Financial Institution set up by Government of India.
Mrs. Neelam Dhingra has worked for more than 36 years with one of the Commercial
Banks set up by the Govt. of India. She has headed Branches in Panchkula, New Delhi
and Bangalore in different positions of Manager/Senior Manager/Chief Manager and
Asstt. General Manager. She also has worked in the Regional Offices as well as Head
Office.
